1. Car rentals for trip/ tours booking should be made within 24 hours before the travel
2. After booking the trip/ tour with us, we send a voucher/receipt to the guest over email/ thru phone when he completesmanual/ online car booking with S9 Travels.
3. Smoking, consumption of alcoholic drinks and other narcotic substances in the Vehicle is prohibited.
4. S9 Travels disallow Car Rentals:4.1 For taking more number of people than mentioned during the trip/ tour booking
4.2 For carrying of items, which damages the interior of the Vehicle, or makes it impossible to immediately provide the Vehicle for rent again (including, for example, smell, smoke, strong stains, dirty cabin, scratched parts, etc.)
4.3 For learning, racing, participation in rallies, test drives and competitions
4.4 For sub-renting to other parties/ clients
4.5 For practice driving or learning
4.6 To carry animals during the trips/ tours
5. Car rental will be charged with the car rental office as the start and end point.
6. Days of rent are calculated as 24-hour periods starting from the starting time of the period of rent of the cab/ car/ bus. Every following day of rent starts on the next day at the clock time when the cab/ car/ bus were provided on the first day, and 20% of the price of rent for one day of rent is added for every kilometer exceeding the permitted limit. If the start of the day of rent is exceeded by more than five hours, the Renter undertakes to pay the entire price of the day of rent.
7. Fraction of an hour will be charged as one hour & fraction of a kilometer will be charged as one kilometer.
8. Distance between 2 locations compared to websiteis approximate. Distance in actual may differ based compared to actual route travelled.
9. The tour package includes only travelling cost of the vehicle, parking charges and toll charges. The tour package price is exclusive of your accommodation, all food, sightseeing, entrance charges, guide services, etc
10. Air Condition of the car/cab’ bus will be switched off in hilly areas & when in parked condition.
11. The Vehicle-Cab/Car/Bus is subjected to availability. However if the booked vehicle is not available at the time of journey, equivalent vehicle will be arranged in the similar segment.
12. For changes in the trip please contact our executive and get the amendments approved. Charges for modification applicable and will be as per our policy and distance calculated.
13. Car/ Cab/ Bus booked (any or all of one way, return & multicity travel) for out-station trip cannot be used for local journey.
14. Clientsare liable to pay waiting charges in the case of waiting time/ delay (for any specified reason on client’s behalf) exceeding more than 20 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.
15. The discounts shown are only for indicative purpose, actual amount of discounts and savings offered depends on service trips.
16. S9 Travels cannot be held accountable or responsible for any loss due to any delay, consequential loss caused due to traffic jams, or reasons beyond or control.
17. S9 Travels cannot be held accountable or responsible for any damage or delay suffered by the customer due to force majeure events.
18. The final charges are exclusive of service tax
Payment:19. Payment while booking can be made thru Cash, Demand Draft, Cheque and Online transfer-thru Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
20. Payment can be done in personal or thru online transfer
Refund:21. In case of cancellation of your tour by us, you will get the refund of actual amount paid by you.
22. If you cancel the tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the mentioned cancellation policy of S9 Travels
23. The refund amount is credited using the same mode of payment that you had used to bookthe refund amount is credited using the same mode of payment that you had used to book the tour, the only exception in this case is if you had used Cash/Demand Draft in such case, themode of payment for refund will be “Account Payee” Cheque only. In case of Credit Card, thetransaction would be reversed accordingly, considering the bank charges/Service charges on CreditCard payments, which is non-refundable. Cancellation Policy:24.1 If you cancel 2 days or more before trip/ journey pick up time:
- you pay nothing or you get 100% refund of what you have already paid.
24.2 If you cancel 24 hrs or more beforetrip/ journey pickup time:
- you pay 25% of the total or you get 75% refund if you have already paid.
24.3 If you cancel 6hrs or more before trip/ journey pickup time:
- you pay 50% of the total or you get 50% refund if you have already paid.
24.4 If you cancel less than 6hrs priortrip/ journey pick up time or a no-show:
- you pay 100% of the total or you get no refund if you have already paid.
